Story Hour is a fun and interactive program designed to help promote reading to children between the ages of 3-5. Parents are not required to remain in the Story Hour room, but must remain in the Library. If your child is comfortable without your presence we invite you to browse the library. Some parental assistance is needed during craft and snack time.
Your child will listen to stories, learn rhymes, songs and finger-plays, complete a craft and have a snack at each class.
Registration is required and space is limited. Parents must register in person at the Jake Epp Library. Library membership is not required.
There is a ten week session beginning in September, another ten week session beginning in January, and a five week Spring session. Classes are on Thursdays. The morning session goes from 10-11, and the afternoon session goes from 1:30-2:30.
There is currently no cost for these sessions.
