“Literature is the art of discovering something extraordinary about ordinary people, and saying with ordinary words something extraordinary” (Boris Pasternak). Extraordinary is what we strive for. Jake Epp Library’s aim is to encourage literacy by bringing books to life for all ages. Now we have taken that quite literally by hosting a theatrical production based upon a classic piece of literature such as this and through this we hope to enrich many people’s literary as well as theatrical experiences.
